United Parcel Services (UPS)

To prepare for the busy Holiday season, United Parcel Services (UPS), a much-admired global delivery and logistics company, commissioned 9 videos to help their customers navigate the instructions for specific packaging and delivery needs. A strong graphic approach helped these explainers take flight, especially through the stunning illustrations and framing of the top shots, and the intricate animation techniques for the hand animation.

The primary challenge of mobile apps is convincing potential users that they are easy to use. This was the exact gap that leading logistics and delivery company, United Parcel Service (UPS), wanted to fill. 


To successfully market a new app they developed in time for the holidays, they tapped rezonate to help introduce their newest digital offering.

By making good use of familiar iconography, detailed animation, and upbeat musical scoring, the team was able to come up with nine (9) promotional videos that could help UPS customers navigate the platform for specific packaging and delivery needs. 


The client’s primary request was for rezonate to create material that pushed for their app’s user-friendliness and speed. As such, the team optimized high-angle shots to extend an easier perspective. 


By leading creative direction, animation, design, sound design, and overall direction initiatives, rezonate successfully communicated new, fun, and exciting updates to UPS patrons.
